Returns procedure

 In order to return the goods to us you must firstly notify Customer Services on +91 8939 672 346 or support@RadioBrewery.com with your intent.

A Customer Return Authorization Number (CRN) will be handed over, please place this number on the SHIPPING package in good visible size.

Without a CRN number, your package has a high probability of being mishandled, lost or delayed, and RadioBrewery.com nor Mahesho Technologies LLP will take no responsibility for any return that does not have an approved CRN number.

 

Mode of Return/s

All returned items must be in original packaging. RadioBrewery.com nor Mahesho Technologies LLP will be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and thus damaged in transit.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience.

A.    Suspected faulty Item

Items which are faulty must be sent back within 3 days of receipt of the goods to RadioBrewery.com with a valid tracking number.

If not sent within 3 days of receiving the goods RadioBrewery.com will not be liable to any returns or exchange or refund of the product/s.

If the item is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days provided the item(s) is/are stock.

If not in stock full refund of the product (without shipping cost) is at choice or purchase of other item/s is/are also available.

B.     Item missing or incorrect item sent

Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact Customer Services on +91 8939 672 346  or support@RadioBrewery.com within 3 working days of receiving the order.

C.     Signing for goods

All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item / package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Services department on +91 8939 672 346 or support@RadioBrewery.com

D.    Damaged item

For mail order goods only. In the event that you receive a damaged item, speak to Customer Services on +91 8939 672 346 or helpdesk@RadioBrewery.com .in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The damaged product needs to be sent back to RadioBrewery.com at your cost with a tracking number. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item has been returned and inspected by our technical team.

E.     Components

Components being sold on the site are of good quality. Random sampling test have been done to ensure that we have a defect rate of less than 3%. Components are non-returnable products under any circumstance.

F.     When returning Items

Please ensure that you enclose:

·         Your original order number and CRN number

·         Details of why you are returning the item

·         All packaging, manuals and cables.

You should return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition.

We recommend that you undertake insurance cover and that the goods should be sent via a reputable courier and has to accompany a valid tracking number.

We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.

Packages that have missing items, parts or otherwise will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for any credit, refund or otherwise.

For any item requiring testing, please allow us 3 to 5 days’ time, as the testing process via our in house technicians will require the necessary time to problem solve your return. Our goal is to isolate whatever trouble your item(s) may be experiencing, and as soon as we have the available information to proceed, you will be updated regarding this.

For customers who want to add an item to the return, or upgrade to a larger, heavier item from the original return, excess shipping costs will be required to be paid for via the customer

 

Cancellation policy

If you have placed an order and want to cancel the order you will have to contact us within 4 hours of paying us by sending a formal email to support@RadioBrewery.com .in with subject CANCELLATION of [your order number] from your registered email address.

 

We will contact you and confirm the cancellation. We will deduct the bank charges / payment gateway charges which we incur and refund the balance to you within 7 working days.

Refunds would be processed via the original method of payment.

Orders which are placed with bank transfer payment option and are not paid for within 48 hours from the time of placing the order (excluding bank holidays) would be cancelled and the inventory released into our systems.
