Regulatory Approval

Mahesho Technologies LLP is having Dealer Possession License (DPL) from Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing (WPC) - Dept. of Telecommunications, Govt. of India for possession and sale of Wireless Transmission Equipment.

Right of Sale

We are Mahesho Technologies LLP and RadioBrewery take Local and National Security very seriously.
On account of this, Mahesho Technologies LLP and RadioBrewery reserves the right to decline or reject a purchase on the grounds of Operating License, Identification and potential threat to Local and National Security.
Purchase cost if any, would be returned to the customer without any interest paid on them within 7 days from the date of rejection of the purchase.

Any dispute arising out of these will be subjected to courts in Chennai jurisdiction Only.
